We take pride in packaging our handcrafted jewelry with care. Orders are processed within 1 business days (cutoff 1:00 PM IST). Sourcing items and personalized custom orders may require additional manufacturing lead times, which will be communicated by your concierge agent.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing courier tracking coordinates to monitor your shipment's journey.

Damages & Sourcing Support

If your package arrives compromised, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation for immediate claims resolution.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted specimen. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• The item must be in its original, unworn state with security seals intact.
• Original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and gemstone details must be returned.
• Custom-designed specimens, resized rings, or items marked as clearance are non-returnable.

Initiating a Return
